“Bud was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very prompt in making the initial appointment to review the work required and responded quickly with a full estimate. The work was all scheduled to address our travel plans. During the course of the work itself, Bud made a number of excellent suggestions (such as installing LEDs rather than the fluorescent lights that had been in place). He accommodated a number of changes and did so in a fashion that ensured the cost was fairly assigned - he also ensured that if work was not needed (e.g. re-staining the stairs) it was not performed and no charges were applied. Bud and his crew left the house in an extremely clean state - although Bud did recommend that we have the house cleaned. Bud also followed up very promptly on a few small items that needed to be adjusted. All in all, we were extremely impressed both by the quality of work and the quality of service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending Above and Beyond Contracting to others. ”
